| INMATE PROGRAMS
All programs at the Muhlenberg County Detention Center are
structured to create an environment for positive change in the
offender's life, so they can better serve the community as
productive citizens when released. Classes to prepare and improve individuals for final testing to obtain their GED certificate. Substance Abuse Classes Substance abuse classes are on Tuesday and Thursday Religious Services Church services are on Sunday afternoon, bible study is Wednesday night Medical Dr. Boggess comes to the jail Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Inmates must fillout a medical request form to see the Dr Mental Health Kelly Donovan from Pennyroyal Mental Health comes to the jail on Tuesday & Thursday. anyone who thinks they will benefit from speaking with her must fill out a medical request form Parenting Classes Mandy Hargis from Family Advocacy Center gives parenting classes on Tuesday and Thursday at the jail. Inmates receive a certificate upon completion of the classes. |
